" Terry Ketchel was positive from the very beginning  saying that she would list and sell our house. I remember her asking me if I would be ready to leave in 30 days? She called and came over and was on top of every aspect always asking me how comfortable I was holding open house and always at my convenience. I felt like a partner instead of a client.
